What We Recruit

Direct-hire recruiting
for five core areas.

We focus where we have real placement experience, rather than claiming to cover every role. Every category below follows the same screening standard.

Technology & Engineering

Developers, engineers, and technical roles, including project and field engineering positions like the ones we currently source in California. We screen for the specific technical requirements you list, then confirm communication skills through a phone or video conversation.

Customer Support

Remote and hybrid support representatives who handle chat, email, and phone. Requirements are role-specific: if a position needs strong spoken English for phone-based support, we screen for that directly on the call rather than assuming it.

Sales & Business Development

Outbound SDRs, account executives, and sales support roles. We screen for outreach experience, CRM familiarity, and communication style against the profile you give us.

Skilled Trades

HVAC technicians, CNC and laser operators, and electricians for on-site and hybrid roles. Licensing and certification requirements vary by state and city, so we confirm the exact requirement with you for each opening rather than assuming a standard.

Operations & Administration

Executive assistants, project coordinators, and operations specialists who support day-to-day business functions remotely or on-site.

Work models

We place remote, hybrid, and on-site roles depending on what the position and your company need. If a role is remote, we confirm with you upfront whether candidates must be based in the United States or whether working US hours from another location is acceptable, so the job posting is accurate.

How we screen, for every category

Before we send you a shortlist, we review each candidate's resume against your requirements and speak with them by phone or video. We check references when you ask us to. We do not run formal background checks, employment verification, or license and credential verification. Your company completes these before making an offer, and we can help coordinate them.

Hiring internationally

If you hire someone who lives outside the United States, your company is responsible for worker classification, taxes, contracts, intellectual-property terms, and data security. Many employers use an employer-of-record or payroll partner for this. We do not provide that service ourselves — talk to your own legal and tax advisers.

Have a role that doesn't fit neatly into one category above? Tell us what you need and we'll let you know honestly if it's a good fit.
